Ken Peterson, CKD has more than 45 years of experience in the kitchen and bath industry, including 23 of those years as a Sales Designer and President of Signature Kitchen & Bath.  In the early 1990s, Peterson served as an industry consultant, trainer, conference speaker, and trade magazine columnist before launching the industry’s first buying group for independent kitchen and bath owners in August of 1994.

Ken Olan is an internationally recognized expert in business growth strategies with a track record of innovation across multiple industries.  He’s particularly known for his ability to spot hidden opportunities and market trends to create new forms of value and revenue for both his clients and his own companies. He was formerly Senior Executive Vice President of Retail and Small Business Banking at First Victoria Bank where he also served as the company’s chief marketing officer.  Prior to that post, Ken held the same role at Amegy Bank of Texas, helping quadruple the company’s size in under seven years.

A lifelong Madison, WI resident, Dan has over 40 years in the kitchen and bath industry. He is literally NEXTgen, having bought his father's business. Bella Domicile has been a SEN Top 10 Dealer for 15 years he's been a SEN member. Dan was instrumental in organizing, with others, the Madison Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), a NEXTgen partner sponsor. Bella Domicile is one of the original members. Dan understands the emotional roller coaster involved with building or remodeling a home, having experienced both first hand.
